wild isles

i have 22 lvl reincarnation and 12/28 quests done on wild isles (no more "!" on npc)

Hello,

There is a quest line that begin at the old place in Nezebgrad, in the big house (the fist one you enter when you finish the tutorial).
Did you speak to every NPC in Yasker tower before going to Wild Ises ?
